The Court finds Mr. Mangano has failed to appear and ceased to function as attorney for Plaintiff in this case. On inquiry by the Court, Mr. Randazza and Mr. DeVoy advise the Court they have spoken to Mr. Mangano via e-mail only. The Court, having heard the arguments of Mr. Randazza and Mr. Gibson, GRANTS Defendant's Motion for Substitution of Receiver 103 and substitutes Ryan Hamilton as Receiver. Mr. Hamilton's duties will be limited to what the Court has previously approved for Ms. Pearson.
